Bella Kapsheev

Bella Kapsheev leads business and investment development at Group1, partnering directly with the CEO across capital strategy, commercial execution, and corporate operations. She brings nearly two decades of experience building and financing companies through hypergrowth, from an elite Israeli military technology unit to the executive team of a venture-backed unicorn.

Kapsheev joined Veev, the vertically integrated homebuilding technology company, as one of its earliest employees and spent seven years helping scale it into one of the most heavily capitalized construction technology platforms in the United States. As Vice President of Investments and Business Development, she was central to the capital formation effort that carried Veev through successive rounds to more than $400 million raised, from private and institutional investors. She later served as Vice President of Customer Relations and chaired the company’s Diversity and Inclusion Council.

Before entering the private sector, Kapsheev served ten years in Israeli Military Intelligence, concluding as a deputy commander responsible for operations in the R&D division of the Intelligence Directorate’s technology unit, which builds bespoke hardware and software for the country’s most demanding operational missions.

Kapsheev is the founder of Inovista, a boutique advisory firm working with founders, executives, and investors on capital strategy, market positioning, and operational infrastructure, the practice through which she serves Group1.

Earlier in her career she was Director of Sales and Investor Relations at Profimex, and Director of Fundraising, Marketing, and Public Relations at Darca Schools, one of Israel’s largest educational networks. Over her career she has contributed to raising hundreds of millions of dollars in capital across four continents. Kapsheev is a graduate of Bar-Ilan University.

At Group1, her mandate spans business development, investment development, corporate strategy, and operations, building the commercial and capital architecture required to scale American potassium-ion manufacturing.
